Total Ice Therapy uses an ice bag with a large twist off top combined with a neoprene wrap to provide firm, consistent pressure to maximize healing. The principle behind this is that real ice decreases pain, swelling, and inflammation best. The unique design of these ice wraps makes for easy compliance of a recovery program because they are easy to use, they stay in place, and you can get ice anywhere you go. How to use:
1)Upon first use, unscrew the twist cap and fill the bag halfway with ice. Purge the air out of the bag by slowly pressing down on the bag until the ice comes to the rim of the cap. Twist bag on snugly.
2)Put the cap of the ice bag through the hole of the neoprene wrap.
3) Apply to the desired area, and adjust wrap for firm compression, and stability. Use for no more than 25 minutes at a time. Wait for 45 minutes before re-applying. This may be repeated as recommended by your Doctor or Physical Therapist.
Care instructions:
•Never store the ice wrap in the freezer. When not in use, store in a cabinet, duffle bag, or storage area.
•Do not store near sharp objects, to avoid puncturing the bag.
•Never put the ice wrap/ice bag in a microwave.
Warning:
•Do not wear these products for more than 25 minutes at a time.
•Do not wear while sleeping.
•Not recommended for use by those with circulatory problems or peripheral
