What injuries is this cold wrap suitable for?

The ColdOne Plantar Fasciitis Wrap is ideal for the treatment of plantar fasciitis and other painful and swollen foot injuries which would benefit from cold therapy.

How does the Coldone Plantar Fasciitis Wrap work?

The ColdOne Wrap for Plantar Fasciitis provides tight, comfortable, coverage to the top and Lateral Side of the foot. The coverage of the wrap on the sole of your foot completely covers the entire Plantar Fascia. The wrap features an outer layer of neoprene, a middle layer of sewn in re-freezable gels and an inner layer of rubberized linen.

Simply place the reusable wrap in your freezer for 2 hours and then apply to injury for 10-20 mins or as directed by your therapist. While frozen the gels maintain their flexibility for comfort and a proper fit, the inner linen layer protects the skin from cryoburn enabling the wrap to be worn against the skin and over clothes. The wrap is secured with adjustable Velcro closures that allow you to adjust compression on the heel end of the Plantar Fascia, which is the most common area of pain, and drives the cold deep into the painful areas. You can walk with the wrap if need be, but it is best to wear it as you read the paper and have your morning beverage. Re-freezable, just place back in your freezer ready for the next time you need it.

Due to the nature and shape of the product it is an ideal elbow wrap also.
