What injuries is the cold wrap suitable for?

The Coldone Wrist Wrap is a great way the to reduce pain and swelling of wrist injuries such as tendinitis, carpal tunnel and bursitis.

How does the Coldone Wrist Wrap work?

Applying cold therapy alone is not as good as combining it with compression. The ColdOne Wrist Wrap, through compression, drives the cold deep into the muscles, ligaments and tendons for soothing pain relief and reduce swelling. It features an outer layer of breathable neoprene with a middle layer of re-freezable gels that keep you dry and comfortable, and an inner layer of rubberized linen. Simply place the reusable wrap in your freezer for 2 hours and then apply to injury for 10-20 mins or as directed by your therapist. While frozen the gels maintain their flexibility for comfort and a proper fit, the inner linen layer protects the skin from cryoburn enabling the wrap to be worn against the skin and over clothes. The wrap has an adjustable Velcro closure to ensure a snug fit and allow the user to dictate the amount of compression applied. Long lasting, can be used again and again, just place wrap back in your freezer for the next time you need it - no wet mess, easy to use.
