McDavid Hexpad Girdle with High Hip Pads is a pro compression girdle with HexPads protecting the hips and tail bone. It features additional pads that extend above the waistband to protect the top of the hip.

Mcdavid Ultra hDc Moisture Management Technology is embedded into the fabric to enhance heat control, comfort and performance. Features pockets for thigh pads (pads not included). The Compression fabric acts as a second skin to support the large muscle groups in the upper legs to reduce muscle pulls and fatigue. The shorts conform to and move with the body to provide relief from chafing and skin irritation, cause by loose clothes or equipment. Features sewn-in cup pocket.
