The ProStretch Unilateral stretching system enables lower leg stretching movements to be carried out safely and properly. Many athletic injuries can be prevented by improving lower extremity strength, balance and flexibility, the ProStretch is a unique tool to allow you to improve all three of these. Ideal for treatment and prevention of Plantar Fasciitis, shin splints, calf strains, ankle sprains, hamstring pulls and many more.
How does the ProStretch Unilateral stretching system work?
The rocker style enables maximum stretch and ensures a gradual even stretch. It features a heel cup at the back to ensure foot does not slip and a forefoot plate for proper foot alignment. Rubber strips on the bottom prevent unit from slipping on a number of different surfaces. The mid foot gap allows unit to be used as an ankle strengthening device. The ProStretch can be used in a number of different ways for complete lower leg conditioning.
The Unilateral fits up to shoe size 13.
