What are resistance bands used for?

Thera-Band Resistance Bands are an effective and inexpensive way to perform resistive exercises which condition the upper and lower body. They provide both positive and negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and cooperation of muscle groups.

How do the Thera-Band Resistance bands work?

The bands come in color coded resistance levels, for easy selection of resistance required and to provide a visual indicator of progression as you move from one level to the next. The different resistance levels are determined by the thickness of the bands.

Bands are conveniently individually wrapped and small enough to be put in pocket or bag for gym workouts.
