- The Bauerfeind DorsoTrain® Osteoporosis Back Support is an active support that improves back posture and helps increase activity and mobility. DorsoTrain straightens and supports the spine. DorsoTrain incorporates a removable carbon-fiber reinforced plastic stay (reclinator) that runs along each side of the vertebrae to stabilize the spine.
