To properly size the AccuTex measure the circumference of the upper arm

(note:if you are at or over the midpoint of a size category order up one size because these run small)

Medium: 9 7/8 inches to 11 inches
Large: 11 to 12 1/4 inches
XLarge: 12 1/4 to 13 3/8 inches
XXLarge: 13 3/8 to 14 5/8 inches
