How does the Bauerfeind OmoTrain Shoulder Support work?

The support is a lightweight, breathable knit support which includes an adjustable contoured silicone insert. The knit fabric is anatomically contoured for optimal adaption to the shape of the body for maximum comfort and to provide gradual soft tissue compression. The support guides and centers the glenohumeral joint, promoting mobility while inhibiting rotation. It features a unique anatomically contoured silicone insert which provides soft tissue compression and during movement the insert produces a local massage effect on the soft tissues of the shoulder. The insert has Velcro tabs, which enables it to be optionally inserted and positioned as required.

The support is suitable for left or right shoulder and can be machine washed.

What size do I need?

Measure the circumference of the biceps (roughly 6in above elbow) with arm hanging loosely at side.

0 = 7.75 - 8.5 inches
1 = 8.5 - 9.5 inches
2 = 9.5 - 10.25 inches
3 = 10.25 - 11.5 inches
4 = 11.5 - 12.5 inches
5 = 12.5 - 14.25 inches
6 = 14.25 - 15.75 inches
