The board can be used to help develop core strength, balance and increase coordination. The three color coded interchangeable spheres offer different degrees of tilt and a visual indicator of progression, they allow the user to increase the difficulty of the exercise as their own ability increases.
The board is also suitable for use when recovering from ankle and lower leg injuries, helping to rehabilitate and reduce the risk of future injury. Ankle strength and flexibility is vital in preventing ankle injuries, using a wobble board for a few minutes each day can greatly reduce the risk of twisted ankles and sprains.
