What injuries is this cold wrap suitable for?

The ColdOne Shoulder Wrap provides effective cryotherapy treatment for rotator cuff tears, dislocated shoulders and other painful shoulder injuries.

How does the ColdOne Shoulder Wrap work?

Applying cold therapy alone is not as good as combining it with compression. The ColdOne Shoulder Wrap, through compression, drives the cold deep into the muscles, ligaments and tendons for soothing pain relief and reduce swelling. The wrap is made up of an outer layer of neoprene, a middle layer of sewn in re-freezable gels and an inner layer of rubberized linen. Simply place the reusable wrap in your freezer for 2 hours and then apply to injury for 10-20 mins or as directed by your therapist. While frozen the individual gel capsules maintain their flexibility for comfort and a proper fit, the inner linen layer protects the skin from cryoburn enabling the wrap to be worn against the skin and over clothes. The wrap features adjustable Velcro closures that allows the user to customize the amount of compression the wrap applies.

Wearing the wrap for at least 20 minutes before bed time can help to reduce pain that causes sleeplessness. The wrap does not limit motion but aids in gentle motion to maintain mobility. Re-freezable, just place wrap back in your freezer for next time - no wet mess, easy to use. Covers shoulder, upper arm, pecks and lats.
