What are these heel cups suitable for?

Tulis Pro Heel Cups are ideal for providing shock absorption to the feet during high impact sports like volleyball, soccer, field hockey, basketball and tennis.

They help to relieve the pain of and prevent sore heels, shin splints, heel spurs and other lower leg shock impact injuries.

How do Tulis Pro Heel Cups work?

The cups are worn as an insert in the heels of your shoes where shock absorption is needed the most. They feature a unique double waffle pattern, which is a combination of higher, heavier ribs and finer, denser ribs. The initial shock wave of the heel strike is absorbed by the larger and heavier rib pattern, while the finer and denser rib pattern dissipates the final force of the heel strike.
