The F9000 Inversion Table has all the benefits of the F5000 Table as well as some added features. It is fitted with a unique ankle clamps lever making it easier to secure and release the ankles. Four reinforced corner feet and fully inverts to a locked position

    How often will I need to use it?

    Initially if you have a lot of back pain the frequently may be recommended. A little and often for example 2 minutes 4 or 5 times a day is better than jumping straight in for a long time just once a day. As your back improves the frequency may be reduced to once a day and later Two or three times a week.

    What happens if I get stuck upside down?

    As long as you set the height setting correctly this should not be possible. The inversion table works on a finely balanced system based on your centre of gravity. So if you raise your arms above your head you tilt backwards and upside down. If you put your arms down by your side then you come back up again.

    Do I need to go upside down to get the full benefit?

    No - there is a tether strap which fixes inversion at any angle required. Inversion benefits will be gained simply by 45 degree inversion.
