  • Jumpers Knee – this injury is caused by sports that require rapidly changing direction or performing jumping movements. This may cause micro-tears or collagen degeneration in the tendon. Requires braces.
  • Runners Knee – this is a common injury with long distance runners. It is caused by irritation of the Iliotibial band (runs along the side of the calf) when the runner’s foot repeatedly hits the ground. Requires braces.
