Shipping Policy

Most products are shipped direct from our distribution center in Minneapolis, Minnesota by UPS. If you require next business day or 2nd business day expedited shipping we are normally able to  ship the same day if your order is received before noon Monday through Friday. An exception would be any stock items that include the code -DS. These items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and will normally take the manufacturer an extra day or two to process before shipping. These dropped shipped items can't be shipped US Postal Priority Mail because our manufacturers require complete tracking information which is not provided by US Postal Priority Mail.

Most UPS ground shipments take 4-7 business days depending on the distance from our Minneapolis Minnesota distribution center. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday, Sunday and normal holidays.
We make every effort to get your product out within 24 hours. Many factors including credit card authorization, weekend orders and holidays contribute to delays. Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday from 8-4:00 central standard time.

Please note: We only ship to the United States and Canada. We can only ship items from our warehouse to Canada. Items that are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer (the stock number ends in "-DS") can not be shipped to Canada. Unless Canadian orders are shipped to an address in the US, the order must be at least $75 for the products ordered and the order should be made by phone (866-539-4517)

Credit card payments are accepted through Authorize.net, a secure and highly respected credit card processing agent.

We reserve the right to contact you to confirm the purchase if we consider the transaction to be suspicious in any way, therefore please include a telephone number in your order details to ensure delivery is not delayed.

We aim to dispatch all products within 24 hours, however we accept no liability for goods delayed through no fault of our own. If we expect there to be any delay then we will get in touch.
