The manufacturers we represent were selected because of their high regard for quality products and customer service. Our goal is to back that up with a fair and reasonable return and exchange policy so that our valuable customers are happy with their purchase. All of our manufactures will repair or replace at their discretion, any product that is shown to be defective. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer and will not cover normal wear and tear to straps or pads, damage caused by abuse, alteration, misuse or accidental damage.
 
Return and Exchange Procedures, Terms and Conditions:
Returns and exchanges can only be made within 15 days of product receipt. Returns without an exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item that is returned after 15 days from customer receipt of product will not be refunded. Please keep proof of return mailing for verification.
 
Before returning or exchanging a product contact us at: customerservice@return2fitness.net with your sales order number for a return authorization number and clearly display that number on the return shipping box. Items that are returned without a return authorization number will not be refunded. Pre Authorized returns or exchanges should be shipped (unless other instructions are given) to:

We can’t accept returns or exchanges that are not in the original “new” condition and packaging complete with all instructions and contents of original packaging. No refunds will be given for any items that have been worn, used or otherwise soiled.
 
All return and exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined to be an error made by us. Only one exchange is allowed per order. If more than one exchange is requested the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
 
Some items are not returnable because of health or hygiene concerns. These items include insoles, heel pads, any products worn on the feet, athletic supporters and compression shorts.
 
Orders cancelled before they are dispatched are subject to a 4% transaction charge that we occur at the point of sale.
 
We can’t guarantee the sizing of any item in our store because they are our manufacturer’s recommended sizing.
