The manufacturers we represent were selected because of their high regard for quality products and customer service. Our goal is to back that up with a fair and reasonable return and exchange policy so that our valuable customers are happy with their purchase.
All product warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer and such warranties may not cover normal wear and tear to straps or pads, damage caused by abuse, alteration, misuse or accidental damage. All of our manufactures will repair or replace, in their sole discretion, any product that is shown to be defective.
Return and Exchange Procedures, Terms and Conditions:
Returns and exchanges can only be made if received by us within 15 days of product receipt. Returns without an exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item that is returned after 15 days from customer receipt of product will not be refunded. Please keep proof of return mailing for verification. All exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined an error made by us. Only one exchange is allowed per order. If more than one exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Before returning or exchanging a product contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your sales order number for a return authorization number. Clearly display that return authorization number on the return shipping box. Our customer service department will give you the return mailing instructions. Items that are returned without a return authorization number will not be refunded.
You must ship the products to Return2Fitness.net in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that are not in the original “new” condition and packaging complete with all instructions and contents of original packaging. No refunds will be given for any items that have been worn, used or otherwise soiled.
Certain items are excluded from the above return policy and are not returnable because of health or hygiene concerns. These items include insoles, heel pads, any products worn on the feet, athletic supporters, compression shorts, and clearance items.
Orders cancelled before they are dispatched are subject to a 4% transaction charge that we incur at the point of sale.
Sizes are based on the manufacturers’ recommendations and are not guaranteed by us.
