    • How does the McDavid 199 Laced Ankle Brace work?

    This ankle brace is an excellent lightweight laced ankle brace which provides a high level of support. A reduced weight ankle support improves mobility yet does not compromise support. The brace is laced up over socks to allow normal up and down flexion of the ankle but prevents lateral movement. The laces allow the user to control the amount of support needed, The tighter the brace, the more support it gives. The fabric is made of two layers of breathable polyester/vinyl mesh with a padded hDc Moisture management lining for comfort. The brace also features an elastic heel and tongue, sewn in arch support and spring steel stays at the sides to provide additional support.
