Please read the terms and conditions before using this site. By using this site, you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of MarketMakers LLC which owns www.Return2Fitness.net ("Return2Fitness.net"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, please do not use this site! Please note we may revise the Terms and Conditions in the future.

Shipping Policy:
Most products are shipped direct from our distribution center in Minneapolis, Minnesota by UPS. If you require next business day or 2nd business day expedited shipping we are normally able to  ship the same day if your order is received before noon Monday through Friday. An exception would be any stock items that include the code -DS. These items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and will normally take the manufacturer an extra day or two to process before shipping.

Most UPS ground shipments take 4-7 business days depending on the distance from our Minneapolis Minnesota distribution center. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday, Sunday and normal holidays.
We make every effort to get your product out within 24 hours. Many factors including credit card authorization, weekend orders and holidays contribute to delays.

Statutory rights:
Nothing stated below affects the statutory rights of the customer.

Credit Card Security:
Credit card payments are accepted through Authorize.net, an established organization offering secure credit card transactions.

Return and Exchanges:
The manufacturers we represent were selected because of their high regard for quality products and customer service. Our goal is to back that up with a fair and reasonable return and exchange policy so that our valuable customers are happy with their purchase. All of our manufacturers will repair or replace at their discretion, any product that is shown to be defective. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer and will not cover normal wear and tear to straps or pads, damage caused by abuse, alteration, misuse or accidental damage.

Return and Exchange Procedures, Terms and Conditions:
Returns and exchanges can only be made within 15 days of product receipt. Returns without an exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item that is returned after 15 days from customer receipt of product will not be refunded. Please keep proof of return mailing for verification.

Before returning or exchanging a product contact us at: customerservice@return2fitness.net with your sales order number for a return authorization number. Clearly display that return authorization number on the return shipping box. Our customer service department will give you the return mailing instructions. Items that are returned without a return authorization number will not be refunded.
 

We can’t accept returns or exchanges that are not in the original “new” condition and packaging complete with all instructions and contents of original packaging. No refunds will be given for any items that have been worn, used or otherwise soiled.

All return and exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined to be an error made by us. Only one exchange is allowed per order. If more than one exchange is requested the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Some items are not returnable because of health or hygiene concerns. These items include insoles, heel pads, any product worn on the feet, athletic supporters and compression shorts.

Orders cancelled before they are dispatched are subject to a 4% transaction charge that will occur at the point of sale.

We can’t guarantee the sizing of any item in our store because they are our manufacturer’s recommended sizing.

Complaints:
Disputes and complaints should be made directly to us by email or in writing. Your dispute or complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will aim to resolve it within 10 working days. You will be provided with the name of the person handling your complaint at the time of acknowledgement.

Security of personal information:
We are registered with the DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998. We do not make any of your personal details including name, address, telephone number or email address available to any third party except Securetrading our payment service provider.

Cookies are used to enable the shopping cart system to function. If you do not wish to have cookies (small text files planted in your PC) then this may be prevented through your browser, although you will not be able to purchase on site. The use of cookies does not involve the collection of any personal data.

Pricing:
We accept no liability for software or other mistakes that may display prices incorrectly. The contract between ourselves and the customer is made when the customer makes an offer to buy the goods at the stated price. We are under no obligation to accept that offer.
